Let’s take care of our liver!

The liver is an essential organ and that is because it performs a lot of tasks for our body. Some of the liver’s tasks include producing protein, and cholesterol as well as storing vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates for our body. You won’t need to look for medicine for fatty liver Malaysia or other sicknesses. Apart from that, the liver is important due to its role in processing toxins in our body such as alcohol, and medications.

With a lot of tasks at hand, of course, it is essential to keep your liver healthy. You only have liver, after all.

Try to maintain a healthy weight so that you won’t contract any liver diseases such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The NAFLD is one of the rapidly growing forms of liver disease. An effective way to avoid this is to keep your weight at a healthy spectrum.

Exercise regularly

Exercising regularly can help you burn triglycerides and decrease the chances of fatty liver. Therefore, keeping exercise in your schedules regularly can also decrease the stress in your liver and increase your energy. Keep in mind to aim for at least 150 minutes of exercise per week. For example, walking or swimming.

Steer clear of toxins

Limit consuming and contact with toxins – this includes cleaning and aerosol products, chemicals, additives, and insecticides. If you are using these products then make sure the room’s air circulates freely by opening the windows.

Drink responsibly

Alcoholic drinks can cause damage by destroying and scarring your liver. For this reason, doctors would advise drinking responsibly by drinking moderately or quitting completely. To drink healthily, men should limit their drinking to only two standard drinks per day while women should only drink one.
